Our Journey - Pharmatech Process Equipments History

Early 1960s
  • Founded as a small company named Pharmalab, manufacturing basic filtration equipment for the nascent pharmaceutical industry.
  • Focused on products like filters, pumps, and fittings.
Early 1990s
  • Expanded to process equipment for the pharmaceutical industry, especially for the manufacture of liquid orals & ointments.
  • Began exporting products to Africa, the Middle East, and Mediterranean countries.
Early 2000s
  • Introduced process vessels and integrated process equipment (skids) for sterile pharmaceutical applications like injectables, vaccines, and ophthalmics.
  • Continued focus on serving the evolving pharmaceutical industry.
Early 2010s
  • Embraced automation trends in the pharmaceutical industry, establishing a dedicated automation team.
  • Most of the systems we built started featuring advanced automation with PLC-based control systems.
In 2013s
  • Rebranded as Pharmatech Process Equipments, an associate company of Pharmalab Group.

Selection of PLC & computer system hardware, software selection, writing function specifications for the control system, developing PLC program, dry and wet tests of the control system on our shop-floor, on-site validation of the control system including its documentation.
Preparation System Expertise
Our engineers specialize in designing reactors, tanks, bioreactors, mixers, homogenizers, and other equipment for preparation processes.
